Enforcement and Defense of Rights

Qualified as an attorney in Germany, the office’s lead lawyer has experience in enforcing IP rights before the German courts, prosecution and customs authorities. Litigation experience further extends to representing clients in commercial matters before the commercial courts.

 

During a secondment to the Advocate General of the ECJ, he further acquired intimate knowledge in the procedural rules at the level of the European Courts (CFI – ECJ). Clients can in particular benefit from this knowledge when challenging administrative decisions of the EU Commission.
