Regulatory Matters

The office defends its clients’ interests in proceedings before the EU Commission (such as in interventions relating to proposed administrative decisions in related hearing procedures).

 

It also represents its clients’ interests before administrative bodies at the national level. On a regular basis, companies require authorizations for certain types of their activities. It is the offices mission to support their clients in obtaining such authorizations. In Germany, the office can provide such services through its own resource. In relation to other jurisdictions, the office would coordinate its network of independent collaborators.
