Technical Assistance in Donor Funded Projects

Since 2003, the office has involved in providing technical assistance to government institutions of EU candidate and accession countries as well of new Member States in the context of donor funded or government funded projects.

 

In addition to revising and drafting proposals of laws in accordance with the ‘acquis communautaire’, developing regulation and policy strategies, these activities further involved the provision of training to government institutions, regulators and law enforcement bodies.

 

These activities related to Justice Reform, Intellectual Property, Media Law and Electronic Communications.

 

The office offers its legal expertise as a consortium partner to consultancy services providers bidding for donor funded projects.
